|  Problem Wit Motorola Phone Tools
I've Updated it all the way to 4.21a and the option for Cropping Ringtones doesnt appear...i am usin the music essential kit. Also If I use 4.0 or 4.04, i wont be able 2 connect successfully,the connenction from the phone to th pc always gets disconnected when i click on Multimedia Studios... SOme1 please help...i moved the topic because i cant post on it no more for some reason

i had the same problem. i had to do the seem edit before i was able to use multimedia studios wit my v3m.
