He told me that they had some 'New" 710's in stock (Rancho Mirage California) and to bring my off tilt camera 710 and they would replace it for free. I had called a few weeks ago about the posibility of doing this and now tomorrow I will go down and make the change. Looking forward to a shiny new phone again.
