camera problem

I have bought the digital camera for my T720i phone today and it works fine. After a few uses, I noticed that my phone gives me an error when go to view the files. Whenever I go to "Photo Album" or "Slideshow", it shows up saying "No Photos In Your Album". I am positive there are photos in there as I tried many times to repeatly take new photos and save them. My Data Space memory is going down due to this problem and I have no idea how to get it back as the phone will not show my picture files. Please help, thank you,

Note: I remember renaming one of my files from "Pic003_MAR5.jpg" to "Me 3/5/03". Could this be the problem why?
