Ring Tones Nokia=easy Motorola=need degree in music theory
Hey everyone;
I know it's entirely possible that I'm wicked retarded, but is it just a real pain in the ____ to download ringtones to my Motorola V60C? I guess I got spoiled by the ease at which it's done with Nokia's, very few menu selections and viola! your ring tone is selected and ready to go! Also the nokia ring tones "sound" better. To me the tones sound more like the orig. music than on a Motorola.
I have a V60C and have tried on a number of occasions to get an alternative ringtone. What's up with all the key punching? If I wanted to do data input I would work at a bank. On one occasion I got all the "stuff" clicked in but it sure didn't sound like it was supposed to.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Any one have any ideas? I am pretty "techie" I build my own computers etc. but I dont' think I should have to have a major in music theory and spend 30-45 minutes punching keys on my cell phone, to get something that lasts for a few seconds, that doesn't end up sounding like anything resembling music?
