It seems that every other carrier besides Verizon has such restrictions on customization. I can't find any light-up batteries, flashy antennas, etc. Nothing what so ever. And I hate the stupid Get It Now thing so much. I just want to get some MIDI's and some nice backgrounds, but noooooooo. They want to make a profit of every little thing. That's about it and my rantings.

As far as flashing accessories go, it's the manufacturers of them that are holding you back. The flashing batteries and such are not compatible with the CDMA technology that Verizon uses. Those accessories won't work for Sprint either. As far as getting Midis and backgrounds onto your phone, there's a program called GAGIN that you can download. You'll find info on it here as well as Howardforums.com
