When I make 30 sec ringtones for my phone, my TF card recognizes their presence. I was able to get one whole song on my TF card by luck, but does anyone have tips on how to get whole songs onto the card?

I haven't played with songs, but I noticed when putting wallpaper on the transflash that it wasn't recognized unless I put it in the "wallpaper" directory
(under motorola/browser/usr).

There are both "ringtone" and "audio" directories under "usr", so you might want to try putting the files in "audio". There's a similar structure under "motorola/shared" (and if you move a photo from the camera to the transflash it arrives in "...shared/picture"), so you might want to also try "...shared/audio" for the song.
