I just got a new T720, and the lock code I programmed into my phone code does not work now. I tried 1234 and last 4 digits of my cell phone number. I know I set it up because my secure code is set and I can get into the phone through that. Is there anyway to reset it or find out what the number is? Can you use sysmbols such as # etc. in your lock code? The only thing I did was sync with a usb cable would that have caused the phone to change lock codes? Thanks in advance.

what company is the t720 from ? if its verizon then go to the store and have them reset it.
