hey, i'm wondering if any of ya'll can help me. i can't send text messages, when i try it says it failed and then when i check the outbox status it says sending failed staus 97, does any one know what that means...

Not sure Beli, but I'm having the same problem with my T720. I hope someone can figure it out. I'll probably see someone at Verizon if no answer is found soon.

had the problem with my parents phones

my father owns his own business and the 97 means that the phone is locked to prevent messaging..this was explained to me by c/s to prevent employees running up 10 cent charges for messaging
call them up and they will ask you if you want to pay as you go or buy a plan
