Default V60i change from Alltel to Verizon

I bought three new V60i's CDMA phones, which is what my Verizonicon network uses. But it appears to be programed for Alltel and my web browser won't work. Under Browser set up there is only one choice "Alltel" and no way to change. The people at the Verizonicon store appear to be clueless on how to make this work. Any ideas? (Besides a new phone) Thanks

They should be able to flash Verizonicon firmware onto the phone.

Is this one sentence?!? Sorry, I just can't pick out the intended phrases.

Sorry, I just try to reply quickly.
You should get a new phone if you don't have to pay for it. If it has this problem, they should swap it. If they do not want to swap it for free, and they say they cannot fix the one you have, call or write Verizonicon.
    Better?
    yaya verizon!

I think what he's saying is he bought the phones from someplace other than Verizonicon, hence they are not going to swap it out for him.

However, they SHOULD be able to flash the software on it. I don't think a v60i CDMA is Verizonicon/Alltell specific.

BTW, you should be able to change the WEB SETTINGS in PROGRAMMING MODE. I don't know how to put the v60i into programming mode, but this information should be accessible when in programming mode.
