I thought all new phones had alarm clocks on them? Why doesn't the T720, or am i just missing it?

I know you can set up a Datebook entry as an alarm clock, but it seems that the GSM or T720i has a built-in alarm clock feature so the owners of these phones don't have to set a manual entry like us VZW T720 owners. Why would VZW choose not to include this feature (even though I know you can manually do it yourself)?

Yeah it kinda does suck... but it doesnt look like the T720 does have an alarm clock. If anyone finds out that it does please let me know. Thanks
