Motorola T720 (VZW-CDMA) 19D software!!

It is an actual sceen shot pic I took of my Motorola T720 showing off the new software version 19D everyone has been craving for with Verizon Wireless' service...


TOO BAD THOSE RUMORS OF BEING ABLE TO SAVE PICS WITH PICTAVISION OR WHATEVER ON "GET IT NOW" IS NOT TRUE!! So far, I have not seen any difference in software versions 19C and 19D!?!? I personally give it a THUMBS DOWN for not fulfilling all those rumors and stuff...whatever...peace all!

Hey Herbrock17 where in NJ did you get the software update. I live in Jersey and the Verizon dealers around here are all dumb and know nothing about it.

I don't know how accurate this info is but it was my understanding that there was never going to be a difference between 19c and 19d. 19c was the software that was "preloaded" onto the newer 720s that were being exchanged for those with 17p software. 19d would be the software that would be "flashed" into the phone by VZW techs. Both versions were to be identical. It was just a way to differentiate how the software was loaded. This was explained to me by a ZVW rep. .

I've heard that too but I also know lot of people on here had there 17p phones flashed to 19C not D

Just to let you all know, I know for sure that a new software package will be released from Motorola for Verizon Wireless on December 15. I just spoke to Motorola and I work for Verizon Wireless. I don't know the details, but it should fix some quarks with the personalized settings at the minimum...

you all are right...new equipment is coming preloaded with the 19c software. phone flashing is on our computers at the store as 19d. the "software release notes" say "able to access more get it now apps" but i didnt see a difference from the 19c to 19d apps in the get it now...i just really wish i could save my pics in my phones as wallpapers or whatever...................

go to any vzw corporate owned store and ask to have your phone flashed...if you have 19c already and notice something wrong, go do it...if theres nothing wrong with 19c, dont waste your time...i serisouls also doubt if theres nothing wrong with your phone the techs arent gonna waste their time either.....................anyways, im not gonna disclose what location company owned store i work at for fear of getting in trouble again (see below thread link and disclaimer) but just visit any store for the 19d if you have nothing better to do...peace all

Ooh! I'll answer. Netace is a Point of Sale system and I think i2k is a billing system.

You are correct! NetAce is the Point of Sale program that is used throughout the majority of Verizon regions. Utah, if that is really where you are from, uses Action as the billing system. I'm not sure what regions use I2k...

you guys are correct...i think some regions are still using vision for customer maintenance (northeast and ny metro is i2k)...thats why an out of market customer say from the philly region or from down south will have trouble when wanting to upgrade at a vzw ny metro store becasue we would not have access to their accts...peace all



**lets post up more vzw "internal" quizzes..................like what was NOVEMBER's CALL CENTER PASSWORD if you're a store or something calling in for help from the call center???????????????? (let me not post up december's because we're still in that month and i wouldnt want anyone pretending to be a vzw store calling the customer service line...peace all
