Default What's up with the dropped calls?

I've only used my T720 a couple of times, but the one time it kept dropping the call every couple of minutes. This was on a weekend, so maybe that's how Verizonicon discourages you from making too many free calls. Also, does anyone know where to get a good leather case for this phone? I bought one, but I actually had to cut the case to get the phone in, otherwise the phone would have broke in two. And when I answer the phone (flip it out) the screen protector slides up right over the earpiece, and I can't hear a thing!

I doubt Verizonicon has a little conspiracy going. But, I've never had that problem with mine. I don't think I've ever dropped a call with my T720 or my old audiovox.

edit: I'd go talk to them at your Verizonicon store, or call costumer service and see if they can do anything about it.
