They told me to call to call customer service at AT&T but I was just seeing if you guys could help me here.

You have to enter programming mode, and switch the EIN number i believe to your phone number... i'm not sure though.

To change the ctn on your phone you need to go into the programming.
74663# menu menu
if you are asked for a code at that point then you should call your carriers customer service
