V60 - having trouble with the TrueSync software!!

I have a Moto v60 - with AT&T (is that the v60g? not sure)

Anyway - I've been using the TrueSync software flawlessley for months now - and all of a sudden, I have a problem.

I use the datebook mostly - entering appointments and sync-ing them to the phone from the computer. Recently, my phone will not sync properly, no matter what I do.

The phone only receives the entries up until the middle of September, even though there are new entries since then. I have tried everything to get the current entries to upload to the phone, including:

Making sure the sync is set correctly, meaning only trying to sync the most current entries, say from the last month or so - so as not to try to store too much data on the phone. I re-set the date range on the phone to be only from the previous week to next week - still no good.

I have done a "delete and overwrite" on the phone - still only get the entries to the middle of Sept. off the computer.

I have uninstalled the software and USB driver on my computer, and re-installed them - didn't work either.

I am stumped, and can't figure out why the last month or so of entries that are clearly in the TrueSync desktop do not sync to the phone.

I get NO error messages - the system says the "Sychronization was completed successfully" - but obviously something is wrong.

Anyone have any ideas about this? I plan to contact Motorola to see what they say, but it would be nice if I do not have to do that.

I wanted to know if the data link let you put on ringtones faster or if it's mainly for keeping phone book and calendar up to date. Please let me know, I'm interested in purchasing one in the future. Thanks.
