I haven't been here in a while. Moved to the V710 last week from my Samsung A310. I am waiting for someone with good news about the low volume earpiece, but that's not the reason for my post.

My question is, can you transfer the phonebook over the TF card? I want to be able to save a backup of my phonebook on my computer. I am planning on getting a TF card to store media, but this would be an added bonus. I would like to justify not buying the PhoneTools kit if possiable. Thanks.

I looked briefly to see if this is possible and could not find a way.

Thanks. Now, I wonder if we are able to transfer media and other stuff to the card while it is in the phone using PhoneTools and the cable. I'm sorta expecting the answer to be no, so that I have to go buy both the PhoneTools kit and the TF card reader.
