I was able to transfer wallpapers, screensavers, and ringtones to my phone via USB cable using motorola software and Windows XP. I have a Motorola C343 phone that has "Get it now" service and they don't want you to know how to transfer images and ringtones with your own cable. I also have Verizon and thought it was locked by Verizon but is NOT locked. Later all!!
