Phonescoop had this up earlier today. Looks interesting. Could be concepts only though. GSM no doubt.

I agree it looks interesting. Unfortunately it is running WinCe (Windows mobile) imo.

Personally I prefer the Palm OS. For me it works better and is more stable. I also like the form factor of some of the older Palms. Right now I have a Palm m505.

So the rumored Treo for Verizon would be right up your alley.

It would, but I don't really like smart phones, at least the ones that were out when I first got a cell, about 2 years ago. I'll give it a look and see, but it would be hard to give up my A530.

They are all real phones, and one of the three will have a Verizon sticker on it.

It will be interesting to see which one has the Verizon sticker on it.

Sweet I hope you guys on CDMA would get at least something like this and get Verizon to improve their smartphone selection slightly.

Those Moto smartphones are awesome looking. It's about time GSM carriers get some flip style smartphones. I was so tempted to stay with Sprint & get the Samsung i500 (awesome phone IMHO). So CDMA carriers do have one thing over GSM carriers in the US for the time being.

According to phonescoop, the MPx100 adn MPx300 are GSM. If bono is correct, that leaves the MPx200

The MPx300 is actually just the MPx. The MPx200 is already out, I think you meant the MPx220. Also just because a phone is GSM doesn't mean it won't be CDMA also at some point.

...and in a related story, here's a Moto press release on the E1000, the black "Klingon Communicator" clamshell design, announced along side the MPx series. Also, while I'm at it, the A1000 has been announced as well.

There are better shots of the A1000 and the MPx series here. No official pictures yet from Moto of the E1000.
