Default Not happy with v60s

I hate to be the only naysayer here, but I'm about to return my v60s. Maybe I have a bad one.

I've been using an Audiovox 9500 for about a year, which has its ups and downs, but is overall an excellent phone. Compared to the 9500, the things that annoy me about the v60s are:

The earpiece voice quality seems muffled and unclear, making understanding some callers a chore;
The voice dialing is rather dumb. For example, it can't differentiate between "Fred home" and "Fred cell." I use voice dialing a lot in the car.

Both problems are dealbreakers for me. Anyone else seeing these problems?

I like my V60s alot, best phone i've had in a while. The speaker is excellent, and calls are loud and clear, much better than the V60i. Maybe you have a problem unit, try another before trading in to something else.

Try another and of course, insist on seeing that it is new in the box.

If my voice dialing will not work, it is always in the car with excessive road noise or even the radio on. So your voice dialing not working in the car may be that.
