how can i get mp3's on my phone, so i can use'em as ringtones. plus does anyone know a "bluetooth for dummies" kinda site they can link me too?

The seemingly proven method is to transfer them via the TransFlash card. I believe AdamattheShack has posted instructions in another thread. I'm not sure there's any one source you can go to for BT info - because the technology is a standard, the differences (and nuances) come in the implementation.

I don't see why Verizon has to limit the potential of their phones like that. I have a V600 and via the bluetooth adapter on my PC and can transfer all the pics, videos, and ringers I want onto my phone. The sooner they figure out that customers would be happier if they were allowed to make a few decisions on their own....the better off they will be. |

I definetly agree with that. I transfer stuff all the time via Bluetooth with my 3650. Verizon seriously hindered this phone with what they did to the Bluetooth.

Folks, it's very simple. VZW is in this to make money. VZW knows that people will want to take photos and send them to their friends, themselves, etc. This makes giant cartoon dollar signs appear in front of the VZW executives. VZW locks down the phones.
