Default Motorola V60 Series

What is the difference between all the difference V60* phones? We've got the V60, V60i, V60p, V60c, V60s, V60t, V60x, and so on. I'm looking for a CDMA/Verizon version but according to the Moto website the V60, V60i, V60p, V60c, and V60s all meet those specs.

What's the difference?

V60x - Alltel's version of the v60i with improved software.

v60 (follows with the letters c, g, t) - the original model designation with the easily broken antenna. c=CDMA, g=GSM, t=TDMA (v60c, v60g, v60t)
v60i = updated version of the above which still has the same c, g, t versions and adds
custom ringtones, games, calculator as well as tty support. (v60i(c), v60i(g), v60i(t)
v60p = CDMA Push to Talk version with Speakerphone
v60s = CDMA version with Speakerphone
V60x = Updated version of v60i(c)

v60c - orignal CDMA v60
v60t - original TDMA v60
v60g - original GSM v60

The addition of an "i" to the model name signified a new generation which added enhanced software, moderate user-interface changes, and changeable covers (different colors).

The adition of the "x" incorporated the changes of the "i" with 1x data speeds.

The v60 "i" is one of the best phones ever! Certainly one of the best phones i have ever owned and had the pleasure of using. It definetly holds onto a signal giving strong reception and sound quality, not to mention is has a low SAR rating. Now the "x" on the other hand, although it is an upgrade to the "i" has a higher SAR. If you've gotten a v60i you'll be happy with it i am sure.

And lets not forget the V60v, Sprint's version with color screen.
