I have been doing a little reading over at howard forums and the date of june 1st has been throuwn around as a day that a lot of changes are going to be taking place. Although there wasnt much elaboration, I wondered if anyone else had heard this, and waht would be happening on this date. Possibly EMS or MMS might be coming out???? Anyone with any info please share!!

There will prolly be all NEW plans too, specialy for AC. As far as ems/mms goes, i have heard whispers that the tentatiove realease date is in June, only time will tell! DOnt count on any PTT though, not till early next year!

I've noticed that too, shady, from both forums. I also know that Verizon has bumped my upgrade eligibility month from September-October to June. They want to get me in a new contract for something coming up in June.

How can you find out when your upgrade eligibility month is?

Call Customer Service. Otherwise, if you are on a 1 year contract, its 10 months from the last time you upgraded your equipment. Thats how it is for me in California.

Yup. I updated mine late December 2002 for a one year contract with this T720.

Thats exactly what we did. My dad has a company and like everyone had those old Motorola Startac's, like the ones that still said Bell Atlantic Mobile on them... Well he decided to get all new phones for everyone (with the promo that was out) so he bought like 50 new T720's. I wonder if they'll let us change our upgradeability.
