weird gagin problem ????

well i got my cable and i got gagin
i have a mot t720 and its on alltel

i downloaded a ringtone through brew and followed the gagin instructions
heres the thing
when i try to backup the file i get a cant open message through gagin
its done all my wallpaper without a problem
the file seems to be a midi and i cant understand why it wouldnt work

i tried following the instructions without backing it up as worse scenario on the ringtone i have to pay to download another and it seems to go ok says saving to phone then it wont play

do you have to convert midis using a certain program first the ones i downloaded said it was for the t720
weird im just puzzled

any help would be greatley appreciated

its nice to see i have control over wallpaper though if nothing else
