Default Best Hands Free

I know this post does not necessarily belong in the Motorola section of this site, but I got ZERO responses when I posted it elsewhere. So, what I am looking for is advice on the best hands free devices people have used or are using on their phones. I am looking for something I can buy in my local Best Buy, Cicrcuit City, and/or Verizon store. Do you like a particular brand? Do you like the self install kit that comes with your phone? Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I like the Plantronics MX-100 ... it's an ear-bud style with an in-line microphone. Usually I hate in-line microphone hands-free because they are terrible at picking up my voice, however the MX-100 is excellent. The ear-piece has a little rubber thing which helps to keep the earbud in place. I use this while on the driving range, and I have had no problems.
