Default Motorola T720 Cingular Software??

Hello everyone.

About a week ago I decided to get a new phone because I was tired of my old Nokia so I purchased a Motorola T720. I'm really happy with the phone and have been with cingular for about 4 years. A friend at work has the same phone as I and he is with Verizon. He's able to use GaGin to upload ringers/wallpapers to his phone while I have to pay for Wireless internet access + cost of ringtones. I was wondering if anyone know if there is a software application out there that will work with the Cingular version of this phone. I've tried soo many forums, Gagin software and still have no luck. Any feedback would be appreciated.
