I am looking in this PDA/Phone, and am concerned about call quality, and reception quality in low signal areas.

Does the phone hold a call at 1 or 2 bars, etc...?

I also need to know how easy it is to transfer windows programs to the device such as Microsoft Streets and Trips, etc...

A general review will also be helpful.

My 700wx was just as good as other phone and PDA devices when it came to receiption, and was a little better in sound quality then most device. The device worked just as well as most devices for me in low to weak signal areas. Regular windows programs will not work on the 700wx windows mobile platform. For something like Streets & Trips, you will want to look at Windows Live Search or Google Maps. For software recomendations look at the sticky "PPC Application Recommendations" to find more cool software for your device.
