|  Motorola Q 9c - Issue with Motorola software update
I just recently purchased my Q 9c as an upgrade from my XV6700. I am running windows xp pro with service pack 2. Active sync 4.5 is installed and reconizes the phone. However Motorola software update just constantly stays on connect device... Windows Dectects the phone just fine also. my carrier is verizon wireless..... the phone works flawlessly in just about every other fashion. Xeveniah Darkwind |

How are you installing the update? The easiest way would be to download the update, then install on the phone afterwards.
