This sounds like the screen calibration. What you need to do is ACCURATLY use the stylus that comes with the phone to tap the very center of the dot. That sould do it.

Sounds like you either need to do a soft reset or a hard reset.

XDADeveloperWiki - Kaiser_Resets

The hard reset described in the link is the best way to remove everything and get the phones back to the way it came from the factory.

Yep, hard reset is what is needed:

* Press and hold both soft keys
* Using a stylus, press and hold the soft reset button at the bottom of the phone
* Keep all three buttons pressed until the keypad lights turn off and then flash
* Release the soft reset button while still pressing the soft keys
* Let go of the two soft keys once the message "This operation will delete all your personal data, to manufacturer default" appears on screen
* Finally, press the green call button to perform the hard reset, or press other key to cancel

Hard reset should fix it, if not, take it in.

Just ignore that. They were just PW'ing their way to 50 posts so they can post their for sale ad in the buy/sell forum.
