Ok this is how it is comming to my phone

From:XXX-XXX-XXXX
To: XXX-XXX-XXXX

Body of the text::

Hello XXX-XXXX


See where when i said hello and you have the X' ok it is actually the persons phone number that sent the text.....

My question is why is it doing that.. how can i fix it....

I guess I'm not 100% sure what your question is. If the person sending you the message says, "Hello XXX-XXXX" there isn't much you can do to change what they type.

It might help to know what model of phone you have.

It may be in the message options. I'm not really familiar with WM6. WM5 doesn't do that, as far as I know. You might read your manual about messages.

I'll move this thread to the Windows Mobile smartphone forum, you may get more responses there.
