........Weighs approximately 6.7 oz.
........2.8" 240 X 320 color QVGA screen
........TTY Compatible
........Qualcomm Dual Core 400 MHz Processor

Features:
........Tri-band UMTS / HSDPA High speed wireless data network support (2100 MHz and 850/1900 MHz), Quad - Band world phone
........Windows Mobile 6 Professional
........Stereo Bluetooth 2.0, Wi-Fi , Mini - USB Connectivity
........Push to talk
........3.0 MP Camera with auto-Focus and video
........256 MB Flash ROM / 128 MB SDRAM
........Speaker phone and headset jack
........Tele Nav GPS Navigator for voice guided turn-by-turn driving directions
........Integrated track wheel for ease of navigation
........Touch screen with stylus
........QWERTY keyboard
........MicroSD (trans-flash memory card slot)

E-Mail and Internet features:
...Access your corporate and personal e-mail:
......Xpress mail for personal e-mail access to Yahoo!, AOL, and others.
......Microsoft direct push technology
......Microsoft active sync
......Blackberry connect
...Sync your contacts, calender, and task information via Microsoft outlook mobile.
...Create, view, edit Microsoft word mobile files, view power-point mobile and .pdf files
...Browse the web with Internet Explorer Mobile

Organizer features:
.......Address book, calendar, memo pad, calculator, alarm, and task list.

PROS:
.......Reception has been very good so far on AT&T's 3G network, with the Tilt switching to EDGE very quickly once the 3G signal is lost.
.......Excellent call quality. Calls are loud and clear, with little to no background noise.
.......Speaker Phone quality is very good on low to medium volume setting. Fair on high volume.
.......Wi-Fi (complicated) I'll have to read the manual to figure it out. The BB Curve was much easier to figure out.
.......Windows Mobile 6 Professional
.......Very sturdy slide mechanism. The Tilt screen awesome.
.......3MP camera takes very good pictures, going by the ones that I've taken so far. Taking pictures requires a steady hand, and optimal lighting conditions due to not having a flash.
.......The 240 X 320 QVGA screen is clear and bright. It is also easy to read in direct sunlight due to the tilt screen.
.......Mini USB Port. ( It uses the same chargers as my Motorola handsets.)
.......The soft-touch finish on the back make the phone easier to grip, and well as providing a non slip surface while placed on a table or counter top.
.......Solid construction, with a great look and feel to this device.
.......GPS feature is a plus
.......QWERTY keyboard is great. However, I wish the keys were a little more responsive
.......The processor speed of the Tilt make surfing the web a pleasure. Applications open up with very little lag, So far I have not experienced the freezes or lag that some of the Tilt users have complained about.
.......I love the included "Halloween" ring-tone.
.......Voice dial works good.
.......Many e-mail options to choose from.
.......The home screen is very customizable. Easy to set the icons on the screen to meet my needs. I also love the one touch message icon.

CONS:
.......Power button could have been raised a little more above the surface.
.......Screen times out after after a few minutes while I am reading through pages on the web. I have to tap the power key in order to light the screen up again.
.......Takes a while to power on and off due to WM.
.......No camera flash
.......Fair battery life so far. (Only getting 2 days on a full charge.)

Final thoughts:
.......The Tilt is a truly amazing device. It will definitely satisfy the power PDA users. I did find myself having to read a phone manual for the first time with this one, in order to figure out how to manage the applications, and features.......I highly recommend the Tilt!

Only 2 days on a full charge for a phone with all of these battery hogging features??? I think its fantastic. My old iPAQ barely made it through the day without being recharged.

I'm just so used to the longer battery life on the regular phones. Considering the Tilt is like having a mini computer, I guess 2 days really isn't that bad.

I recharge mine every night. I have yet to have the battery die on me. I've had it go down to about 10% though. My old iPAQ used to start spontaneously rebooting once the battery got down to about 40%, and it really wasn't usable under 30%.

If you are getting one full days use with any PDA/smartphone you are doing really good.

Jay, should this thread be merged with your original & ongoing Tilt review thread?

I don't know. I linked to it, if someone reads this thread they will see the link to the other thread. I'd leave that decision to the mods.

And I was fine with your link. However, I feel the two threads should stay separate.

I have voiced my concern to Joe over this, and am asking everyone to please stop discussing it in this thread until it has been looked into.......Thanks.
