Locked Motorola Q

Hi all,
I've Motorola Q, but it is locked. When I start the phone, I cant even enter the phone menu. It asks the code. But I dont have the code. I've heard that flashing the phone resolves the issue. But do not know how to flash / any store that can flash the phone. Is there any other ways to reset the security code? Or any person who can flash / guide me to flash the phone ?

In case you haven't found a solution, here goes:

while powering the phone on, hold the center selection down. A warning in green text comes up asking you to confirm whether you want to go thru with the master reset.
