1st: When I send e-mail's via-AOL, I'm noticing when later accessing the "sent" folder, that the sent copy of my e-mail is not there. I will check my AOL account on my home computer, and the e-mail has indeed gone out. Also, I have sent test e-mail's to work, and the e-mail has again arrived at it's destination. But again, the copy of the "sent" e-mail is not there. Now what was strange, is I did an Active-Sync tonight due to making some changes in my calendar. Just before it finished syncing, 4 e-mail's popped-up in my mail box. After the sync had finished, I tried sending out an e-mail, and I got a message that it couldn't be sent out...but a copy remained in the "outbox". I tried a couple of times, then deleted the whole AOL file and re-installed it again. I was able to send e-mail's again...but no copy in the sent file as before. Last night I called T-Mobile tech and explained the above problem to him, and the tech had me temporarily set up an G-Mail account. He sent me a test message, and I sent a reply and was able to see the sent message in it's proper folder. The Tech advised me he thinks the problem is with some "pop-3" setting with AOL, not the phone or T-Mobile network and to take it up with them. Opinions? 2nd question: I had made some changes in my calendar...mostly with the dates involving Birthday's and Anniversaries. I then decided this evening to "Active-Sync" and back up my newly updated data. After doing this and then later checking my calendar, I notice several (not all) of some of the info on certain days had gone back to their previous settings. When syncing, is there a way to tell the computer to take the data/info from the phone (in a one-way direction) as new/updated info and not send previous/old data back to the phone to change the setting's back again? (Sorry if that doesn't make sense!) Or do I need to delete the info completly from my home computer and sync-it or load it into my computer fresh? I had to go through the phone and change the settings again on some of the set dates. Now I'm kinda afraid to sync it again! Let me know what I can do. Other than the above issues, and the issue with the "reminders" ringer not working, the WM6 upgrade works well and the phone as a whole works great! I really like the Dash and T-Mobile service! Chris
