anyone have any good insight on when this will be available. considering the 6700 is "retired", i want to get the 6800 but i dont want to wait 6 months.

The rumors I've heard are Verizon 1Q & Sprint 2Q. But who knows when it will really come out.

I've heard that both Sprint and Verizon are going to wait for RevA on the phone so it may be June - Telus (in Canada) already has it but at the lower EVDO speeds. - sheureka

Alltel has the PPC 6800, I am an owner, and I must say a great unit it iz.
