Looks interesting, definetly a Q killer class phone. We'll be seeing a lot more "Smart Phones" within the next year or so. Will be interesting to see what percentage they will start to take over.

Funny you should say that, article linked below reports that smartphone shipments are up 57%. Not surprised cannot see myself ever going back to "just a phone".

From the sound of it, it looks like HTC took their time with developing/tweaking the OS on this phone. I hope they continue to do so on future PDAs. I love the way Treo tweaked WM5 on the 700w/wx. It felt like HTC just dumped the OS on to my old 6700.

paulmac - Dosen't surprise me either. Like you I can't see my self using a "phone".

I agree, same thing on my 8125, but I think HTC is rethinking their market share and the competition. Now that Motorola, Samsung, and Sony Ericcson are really getting into the Smart Phone market, it would only make sense. I'm really looking forward to see what HTC and Cingular have done with the 8525 (TyTN)
