Default GPS navigation solution

Are there any Windows Mobile devices that have a turn by turn gps navigation solution without purchasing extra hardware? I thought the service providers were offering this service but I can't remember for sure.

Nextel offers this service, and from what I hear Cingular blue also has something like this.

Hp iPAQ 6515 and 6510 both have integrated GPS receivers in them and you have the ability to load TomTom or other software for this functionality. It is currently sold by Cingular.
