Default GPS Unit

Hi, I am new to this PDA stuff. I am on a tight budget, and I am trying to put together a PDA GPS unit. I aquired a compact flash GPS reciever. I am trying to find a cheap, used PDA to run oziexplorer on. I have been looking at the Casio Cassiopeia e115 and 125. Would one of these work? Any other cheap suggestions? I was also wondering if you can use a CF memory card and the GPS reciever at the same time?

I would appreciate any help as I am new to this stuff.

Any Windows based PDA will work, assuming that it has a CF slot, which you say they do. In response to your last, no, you can't use a GPS receiver and a CF memory card together, because the PDA has one slot.

Pharos has a serial gps receiver available as well that connects into the data port of many handhelds...I use my old HP Jornada and the pharos receiver, and this leaves my cf slot open...(which is good because the maps are pretty big files.)

I bought the Jornada when it was brand new ($750) so this way I don't have to retire it just yet...I don't use it for PIM any longer...but it's good for GPS.
