I need an original Cingular 1.12 ROM as I need to send it to Cingular for an exchange and I dont think I can send it in with the 1.21.32WWE version so any help in pointing me to this ROM would be great.

Their FTP site has a number of ROMs:

Be sure to consult this page to find your unit's HTC model name since the HP 6515 isn't listed there. If I looked correctly, it should be the HTC Beetles model. But you can ask about that in the forum as well.
