I have an LG VX6000 phone with service from Verizon, but I think that my software may be out of date. After looking at the openwave website, I am certain that I have a very early version of their browser, and as I can't seem to play mp3 files for ringtones (after carefully following several different procedures) I am starting to think all my software is out of date. I assume one answer is to go to the Verizon store, but if there is a way to take care of it myself I would just as soon do that. At the very least I would like to know if I am up to date. Any information would be appreciated.
