how can i use data cable for lg phone

hi,
i bought a data cable for LG CU920 phone and have the installation CD too..that CD is of no use as it is in some other language.i don't have a memory card for my phone.when i connect the data cable to the phone the phone is just getting charged..
pls help me to get datas from my phone

If you go to LG's website you should be able to download a instruction manual that will hopefully explain how to do this. As for the CD being a different language I would call LG and see how you can obtain one in your language. Good luck.
