Hi All - I went searching through the threads but didn't find anything - so... I'm running Vista, have no XP to back-up to. I install the drivers for the LG800 Chocolate on the PC so I can transfer music from my PC to my phone, but the device is not recognized - meaning, it is connected, drivers are installed and functioning, but my music Back-up program, Windows Media Player, nor my computer recognizes that the phone is there and ready. LG says it's Bell's Problem (they supply the music back-up program), Bell says it's Vista's problem, and Microsoft says.....well, they haven't been great at returning my calls. What am I missing (other than excellent customer service)? |
