VX6000 only has audio through earpiece

Hi,

I use a LG VX6000. Recently, I found that the phone was unable to transmit or receive audio (key beeps, phone calls) except through the earpiece attachment. The ringer still works as normal, however.

I didn't make any changes to the phone's configuration prior to the issue beginning, and a cold reboot of the phone didn't help. Is there anything else I could do to restore the phone to normal functionality, and not have to depend on the earpiece? Thanks.

Any chance the Verizon store can reflash it for you? Never hurts to ask, although they may not still have the version you need.

havent you ever heard of an upgrade? that phone is like old.
