VX6000 Camera Problem

Hey,
I'de just like to start off saying what a good bunch of people this is around here. Ok, I have had my vx6000 for a little over a year now. A few months ago my cousins dog picked up my phone from a table and scrached the top screen all up. So a few days ago, i got around to having the faceplate changed. I had it changed and the phone was working fine, untill i tried to take a pic. When i go to "Take A Pic" or whatever the exact words are, it pops up with the "Please Wait" and stays like that without changing. If i goto gallery anf hit the left button to goto camera, the top switches to "High - 800x600" but the Please wait dosen't even come up, it looks as so it locks up, the gallery dosen't go away. The only thing I was thinging that it may be the little gold strip thingie' came up a little when the face was changed. I would take it of and check, but i don't have a small enough screw driver. I was wondering if anyone knew what may fix this? Sorry for the story!

I'd take that sucker apart and see if all the connections are connecting properly. It's probably the only thing you can do at this point

Or you can take it back to where it was replaced and tell them to inspect it for you...
