Angry Fusic - Freeze - Frustrated!!!

I'm quite frustrated with the Fusic, haven't had it for 30 days and two days ago, it started to freeze: when trying to make calls, when using the media player, when playing games.

I got it from Cellular Choices where their Customer Service is closed till 1/2 (which will be 30 days since activation), so at this point, can't get any help from them.

I called Sprint and got transfered to no less than 3 different departments and to their credit, when 'Returns' opens (maybe tomorrow), they say I can request a 'Return Kit' through them.

In the meantime, has anyone else had this 'freeze' problem and if so, how did you recover from it, and did the Fusic freeze again?

I've rebooted (aka: pulled the battery out) and now it will not power up, even with the charger plugged in (and it had a 100% charge prior to the freeze)

I've done some searches on this and it is NOT a uncommon problem, yet I didn't see a quick and/or final fix.

Other than this issue, the phone has been flawless BUT now I'm having second thoughts about owning the Fusic

Any thoughts, hints, or fixes are appreciated.

Update:

Problem is getting worse, freezes or reboots multiple times a day now. Have to yank the battery and leave it out for extended periods of time to recover service.

Since I got this from a 3rd party who refuses to have the phone replaced (after I finally reached them, which was 1 day past their 30 day trial period), they and Sprint tell me I have to return the phone to LG, who of course claims they are unaware of this problem, other than the phone vibrating for no reason.

To make matters worse, I have to pay out of pocket to ship the phone to them to fix 'their' problem and will be without a cell phone for up to 3 weeks.

The phone was shipped with v12 software, anyone have this problem with v9?

We're gonna try to take the phone to a Sprint Reseller or drive 30 miles to the nearest Sprint Repair Center before finally giving it up to LG, but don't suspect there is a fix other than getting the phone replaced....not a happy first time LG cell phone owner!!!
