I found these drivers for the Chocolate. They are from the Music Essentials Kit. I have not had a chance to test them 'cause I do not 'yet' have a cable for it. If someone wants to try it, let me know how it it works. I will be getting a cable in a week or two. chocolate_drivers.zip |

If anyone needs the Music Essentials Kit here is the real one that will work with the chocolate without the cheap headphones - pretty good price considering you are getting the one made/sold by LG/Verizon: (Verizon charges about $30 plus sales tax) http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=150074725682 |

if you get the drivers from iGoneMobile.com they will only work if you are using Windows Media 10 and higher because those drivers allow you to transfer your music to your chocolate phone (not ringtones) as if you had the music essentials kit.. and for those of you that dont use vcast ...you can make your chocolate run on 1x only just by going to the menu ....hit 0 and then it will ask for a password which is all zero's and then you choose 1x only for network |

hi ya before finding this site i have lost my mind tring to sync my choco with my pc(w/ vista home). i have a bluespoon dongle(30 bucks at radio shack). that required a toshiba stack( i found yahoo searching"toshiba stack"). i have got the 2 to pair up,but i cant transfer files back and forth. when i try to send a mp3 it drops off and i get a message on the choco saying"check the recieving device" i just tried to install the drivers from this post but they say i need 98 or better(98 or xp would be better for me lol) but like i said im runnin vista> anybody been through this or have any help for me? on a happier note i got my bluethooth spiders(stereo headset) to work its cool as hell |

I am running M$ winders vista business w/ media player 11... not supported by verizon yet. My chocolate (ver. vezxxxx04) would work with bitpim for creating ringtones, but music files were too large for dongle, so I got a card reader. I busted the lcd screen, was sent a replacement phone (ver. 06) and everything is disabled so bitpim can't communicate w/ phone. I found (after hours of searching) a program called QPST 2.17 that reads the info on the new phone, but I haven't figured out where to change what so that I can reload the stuff that I created for my other phone. Still searching and will add what I find as I find it.
