Many would say that the LG VX9800, or the V phone from Verizonicon, was LG's most recognizable handset in 2005. Well, 2006 must be the year of the Chocolate, because the LG Chocolate has dominated headlines ever since its release. The supersleek phone is certainly a sight to behold, and its iPod-like design makes it that much more attractive. But many more LG phones have caught our attention lately. One particularly hot model is the LG CU500, the first carrier-offered HSDPA phone in North America. With speeds of up to 1.8Mbps, the CU500 downloads files in a snap and handles streaming videos without buffering hiccups. The LG DM-L200 may not be as fancy, but it's still unique as one of the first phones from Disney Mobile, a brand-new MVNO helmed by the House of Mickey. Then there's the LG VX8300, one of the latest phones from Verizonicon that can support V Cast Music as well as EV-DO. Finally, we have the LG Fusic, another LG phone that imitates the iPod with its circular music controls.
