I just got "The V" (9800) and so far I'm really liking it. Especially the MP3 player. Anyhow, I prefer using a 24-hour clock format instead of AM/PM. So far, I've not found anywhere that I can set it as an option. Am I overlooking something? Or is there a setting in the "hidden" maintenance menus? Any help would be appreciated. |

There's not that I know of. I'd love to be able to put my phone into 24 hour time.

I'm not sure about LG phones, but on Motos you need to set the clock to "autoupdate off" and then go in to set the time and then you will see the setting for clock format. Change the format, then turn autoupdate back on. -Jay

| I'm a newbee. I recently bought a LG - V9800. And I don't know a lot about my new phone. I have figured out some things. I know how to get my phone to read my text to me while im driving, but i read somewhere on the web that you can talk to your phone and send it as a text w/o TTY adapter. I don't need TTY for impairments. But I thought they have the capability for regular users as well??!! It would be nice to be able to do while im driving. Anyone know about this? Thanks in advance. |
