Cannot download with LG5350

I am having problems with my Sprint LG5350. I am not able to download anything. I have contacted Sprint, and they are clueless! I have tried reprovisioning the phone several times, but that does not seem to work. Is anyone out there having the same problem? When I try and download a ringtone from my vault I get this:

Manage?action=download_product&layer=1&target=Medi aMall&path=%2fV

Has anyone else seen this? Is there a cure? Sprint tells me that they have an open ticket and are still checking into the matter. I am just trying to find out if anyone else has had this problem.

Still no answer from Sprint on this one. I am getting fed up!
