Is there a way to download from my Outlook Contacts to my VX10 directory? I have the Mobile Office USB data cable, but I haven't found anything in documentation except about how to use the phone as a modem.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

You can use your cable, however, you need to get the synchronization software.
Search the Internet, there are some companies that you can buy or download the synch software from.

I was under the impression that the VX10 was not capable of syncing with a PIM.
Can anyone confirm this?

The c/net review of the VX1 confirms that it doesn't sync with desktop PIMs

The VX1 and VX10 are both have the sync capability. I've used the Beta version of the sync software for about 2 months. It worked great. It took less than 20 seconds to transfer 145 contacts from my outlook to the phone. Software installation is very smooth. Take less than 10 seconds to detect my phone. It will also load the USB driver if you are using a USB cable.
It will even let you upload your contacts from your Palm OS to the phone. You can use a serial or a USB cable.
I was able to transfer my phone book quickly from the VX1 to VX10.
This software will support the following models:
TM510, VX1, VX10, VX2000, VX9000, VX4400
Unfortunately, I can't revise the company's name but it will be release by end of Dec.
I am not sure why they have not released the software yet.
