Default LG customer service...

My outside screen is cracked on my VX6000 so I stopped by Verizon to see if they could replace it. Verizon gave me LG's phone number because they didn't have the parts. I called yesterday at about 2:00 p.m., and at about 10:00 a.m. this morning an Airborne Express truck pulled up and delivered 2 new screens to me. All this cost me $10.00. I think that is pretty awesome customer service!!!

Yeah, I asked if the screen cracking is a common problem and the lady in customer service said that it is fairly common. She said it usually happens because people have the phone on their belt clip and lean against a counter or railing of some sort and the screen can't handle that much weight. I didn't know how mine cracked, but after I thought about it a while I think I leaned against a desk with the phone in my pocket

I just bought a LG enV from Verizon. It's the best phone I ever had by far. The camera is so good I don't worry Iif I forget my digital camera. Nice to know their customer service is good too.
