HI,

I can't seem to figure this out. On an LG 4500 if you are on a call, and receive a text message (I get a lot of them) there is an alert that comes in and it mutes the conversation for that moment. Is there a way to stop the muting so that you are not getting interrupted during the conversation. I have tried the text settings but can't seem to make the change ?

Please...I also need help with this problem. The same thing happens with when you receive a voice mail. The screen pops up asking if you want to play or ignore. I pushed ignore and it came back after about a minute. Thanks in advance
