On the 4500, menu 0, 2, 1 for the field test screen. What do these numbers mean? What numbers represent signal strength?

the RX is usually anywhere from -40 (great) to -105 (bad). Usually you'll hang in the 80-90 range. I can't remember exactly where this was located on the 4400...and I assume it's close enough to the 4500's screen.

Just wondering, where would the VX6000 rate for reception, and since the other phone rated near the "bad" end of the scale, is -40 considered perfect lab conditions?
